Founded in 2000 by Dr. R. Keith Bell, a Doctor of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine, Licensed Acupuncturist and internationally recognized expert in holistic health, with the help of Josh Sessions, a Holistic Practice Management Specialists and Certified Health Coach. OMS was the first medical clinic in Richmond to provide Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Classical Chinese Medicine and Integrative Fertility Medicine.

Their groundbreaking work was originally featured in Richmond Magazine's TOP DOCS 2014.
