Gratitude

We've known for a long time that our emotions are biochemical happenings within our body that can effect our health well-being. For centuries Traditional Chinese Medicine has taught that a positive interpretation of experience is key to building and maintaining health. Having - feeling and expressing gratitude is a central part of cultivating that positive interpretation.  TCM also teaches us that Gratitude is good for your heart, something Western medicine is now discovering.
