Last night's RVA Birth Community Celebration, presented by Henrico Doctor's Hospital, was a phenomenal success and we proud to have been a part this amazing event. We're especially glad we were able share in this with our good friends Ricki Lake and Abby Epstein. As Keith said last night, none of this would have happened if not for The Business of Being Born.

Eating for 2 can be demanding and healthy eating can be challenge. Try to avoid processed foods – anything from a factory or box. Instead Focus on a diet rich in whole foods (Choosing organic when possible).
